Cancellation Policy

In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call 860-307-2096 & leave a message at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Appointments cancelled within less than 12 hours are subject to a cancellation fee.

After you’ve called to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, simply email 88onpitch@gmail.com or use our online scheduling calendar within 3 days of your phone-called cancellation.
