All pianos are regulated at the factories when they are first built. This means each key plays evenly with dynamics & control. The best test YOU can try is to see how easily it is to play softly. If you cannot play evenly when playing pianississimo (“very lightly”), it’s time to regulate. This could give you another 10 years of excellent performance quality.
